The chiropractic journey varies from person to person, office to office; so, we thought it would be helpful to break down the three journeys patients experience here in our office. Each journey may look different, but the end goal is the same: Lifetime Family Wellness. Each phase builds onto the next, creating new habits and less stress in the body. Let us explain:
1. Restoration Phase: This is the first phase of care. We help patients define their health goals and really get into their “why” for seeking out care. Yes, we want to relieve physical pain but we really want to help you (and/or your child) be more present and live a more vibrant life. During this phase, patients can expect to get adjusted multiple times per week until their initial goals have been met. As providers, our aim is to unwind tension within the spine and nervous system, and release unhealthy patterns. This high frequency is designed to create new, healthy habits and ignite our body’s ability to heal naturally.
2. Wellness Phase: During this phase of care, patients have met their initial goals and continue to improve overall function, vitality, and wellness. Chiropractic care has become a regular and consistent part of their wellness journey. Our goal as providers in this phase is to maintain the momentum we’ve built so you can adapt better to daily stress and experience more positive change: more energy, better sleep, less illness.
3. Lifetime Family Wellness: This is our ultimate goal for the families we serve! We find that families who get to this point of care are often the healthiest and most active together. It’s an absolute certainty that life will be stressful at some point! Families who have made chiropractic care a part of their lifestyle have the physical, emotional, and mental capacity to deal with whatever disruptions occur.
